Hung Ga Kuen (Hung Family Fist)
Hung Ga Kuen is one of the most popular southern Chinese style of kung fu. It is known for its hard and soft concepts while executing moves. It has strong stances and bridges (arms) that require great strength and detail. Hung Ga has many sets and weapons that create an exciting and physical training regime.

Lung Ying (Dragon Shape)
Dragon Shape is a well-kept short range style from the Hakka people of the Dong Gong area of China. The movements are from the mystical Chinese dragon. Since the dragon has short claws, the movements of this style are close quartered and emphasize the turning of the waist.

Bak Mei (White Eyebrow)
Bak Mei is another Hakka clan style considered very secret until the migration of teachers from Hong Kong in the 1970's and 80's. This style offers a no nonsense and quick concept of movement and fighting.

One of the five major southern family sets, Mok Ga Kuen is known
for its swift kicks and fast hands. Practicing this style is challenging
but worthwhile when executed correctly.
